Responsibilities

Lead and inspire multiple Product Engineering teams responsible for the development and success of Oracle's CAAD products, including AI-powered healthcare solutions.
Define the technology roadmap and operational strategies, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision and market trends, especially in the realm of Large Language Models (LLMs) and voice-first technologies.
Recruit, mentor, and develop a cohesive and high-performing engineering team. Foster an entrepreneurial and creative culture.
Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from PRD intake, scoping, planning, execution, release, implementation, to post-launch support and maintenance. Ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.
Act as a key liaison between various teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Support. Orchestrate internal and external resources to meet product goals.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices. Establish processes and governance to ensure smooth operations.
Utilize data analytics to derive actionable insights, measure performance, and optimize customer experience. Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor key indicators.
Effectively communicate forward-looking plans and strategies to executive leadership and stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and alignment.
