About The Position

OneMagnify is transforming into an AI-native, platform-enabled growth partner for complex B2B enterprises. We bring together strategy, data and analytics, technology, media, creative, and commerce to help clients connect planning, activation, customer experience, and measurement and turn those capabilities into measurable growth. Helix is an important part of that vision: OneMagnify's modular, intelligence-driven platform foundation for connecting data, decisions, activation, and measurement. Helix is led by a dedicated platform leader. This role supports that leader while building the broader enterprise technology, architecture, AI, and engineering capabilities that allow Helix and other OneMagnify solutions to scale securely and integrate with complex client ecosystems. OneMagnify is seeking a technically current enterprise technology and AI leader to shape and execute our company-wide technology agenda across client solutions, shared platforms, application development, enterprise and solution architecture, AI engineering, integration, reliability, and sales engineering. You will lead globally distributed technical capabilities and work across practices to create a coherent, reusable, secure technology foundation for OneMagnify. This is a player-coach role. You will set strategy and build strong leaders, while personally shaping the architecture of high-stakes initiatives, reviewing designs and prototypes, resolving difficult delivery issues, and joining client and engineering teams when hands-on technical leadership is needed. The successful candidate will have led enterprise AI work continuously over the past five years, taking solutions from business case and prototype through production, governance, adoption, and measurable value. The Head of Helix owns the platform vision, market proposition, product roadmap, prioritization, commercialization, and platform business outcomes. This role serves as the senior technology partner to the Head of Helix, providing enterprise architecture, engineering standards, shared AI and integration capabilities, production readiness, and technical leadership for critical workstreams. You will influence and enable Helix without owning its product roadmap.
