This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: a Director of AI Product Marketing. As the Director of AI Product Marketing, you will report to the VP of Product Marketing and own AI go-to-market strategy across RingCentral’s portfolio. This is a high-visibility, high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping how our AI products are positioned, launched, adopted, and monetized globally. You will operate at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership, partnering closely with executives across those segments, to define strategy and drive execution. This role combines strategic thinking, deep AI domain expertise, and a relentless focus on driving measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years of product marketing, product, or GTM experience in SaaS, with significant exposure to AI/ML-driven products.
  • Proven track record of owning and scaling GTM strategy for complex, technical products.
  • Experience driving measurable business outcomes (pipeline, revenue, adoption).
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, market dynamics, and enterprise buying behavior.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and executive leadership.
  • Expertise in AI positioning, messaging, and category development.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and measure success.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills across technical and executive audiences.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with high ambiguity.
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management.
  • Previous Director-level experience in Product Marketing at a public company or high-growth startup.
  • Experience in conversational AI, natural language processing (NLP), or machine learning implementations.
  • MBA or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

  • If you are hired in California, the compensation range for this position is between $200,000 and $215,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Define differentiated positioning, messaging, and narrative for RingCentral’s Agentic AI portfolio (AIR, AVA, ACE).
  • Establish target verticals, personas, and use cases across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise.
  • Shape category creation and thought leadership in Agentic Voice AI.
  • Own end-to-end GTM strategy for AI products—from launch through adoption and expansion.
  • Lead cross-functional GTM execution across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Partners.
  • Build and scale repeatable launch and growth playbooks for AI offerings.
  • Drive AI pipeline contribution, revenue growth, and product adoption.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to accelerate deal cycles and improve win rates for AI solutions.
  • Define and track success metrics including pipeline, conversion, adoption, and expansion.
  • Equip Sales, partners, and channels with compelling narratives, tools, and enablement programs.
  • Translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value for technical and non-technical buyers.
  • Support strategic deals and executive-level customer engagements.
  • Lead and grow a high-performing AI product marketing team.
  • Define team structure, hiring plans, and development pathways.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and execution excellence.
