Red VenturesCharlotte, NC
$175,000 - $290,000Hybrid

About The Position

The Senior Director of Agentic Client Operations is the connective tissue between strategy and execution within RVGT's client partnerships. This role owns the design and delivery of AI-powered workflows across a client account — building on the Director's technical depth while stepping into increasing ownership of strategic planning, client communication, and cross-functional team leadership. This is a role for a builder who is ready to lead. You will own live production systems, manage a team of Directors and Analysts, and increasingly represent RVGT's strategy directly with client stakeholders. You think in systems, move fast, and hold yourself and your team accountable for measurable outcomes. This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC or New York, NY office (Tuesday through Thursday) and optional remote days on Mondays and Fridays each week. Client Travel required.
