About The Position

The Senior Director Accreditation & Compliance is accountable for defining the accreditation strategy and quality system framework and governing conformance, audit readiness, and external assessments across all conformity assessment activities globally. This role matters because it protects UL Solutions’ license to operate, market access, and brand credibility by ensuring accreditations and related compliance requirements are maintained in good standing. It aligns the accreditation and credential portfolio with business needs, service scope, operational readiness, and accreditor requirements. It reduces enterprise risk by providing independent oversight of accreditation, audit readiness, and compliance across conformity assessment activities. It supports consistent and efficient operations as a true business partner by embedding quality and compliance requirements into daily execution, reducing rework, audit fatigue, and operational friction.
