About The Position

Qualtrics is seeking a Senior Digital UX Designer for its Web & Digital Experience team, which leads the strategy, design, and development of Qualtrics.com. The role translates UX strategy and component systems into polished, conversion-optimized designs that balance user needs, brand expression, technical feasibility, and business goals. The designer will create user-centered flows and high-fidelity designs for a large-scale, multilingual digital presence, and contribute to a pivotal effort to shape the future of Qualtrics.com. Success in the role requires strong UX judgment, fluency with design systems, clear communication of design rationale, and the ability to independently scope, design, test, and iterate solutions. The designer collaborates across digital marketing and product development partners, including SEO, content, localization, and engineering, and communicates with stakeholders at all levels, including executives. The work is expected to support responsive design, accessibility, internationalization, and conversion optimization. The position offers the opportunity to shape the digital presence of a category-defining company, contribute to high-stakes launches, experiment with new approaches and AI integration, and pursue growth through individual-contributor expertise, leading agency resources, or management. Qualtrics uses a hybrid work model: employees work in the office three days a week—Mondays, Thursdays, and one day selected by their organizational leader—and work from a location of their choice for the rest of the week.
