About The Position

Adobe Services Delivery are building deep and impactful partnerships with customers by investing our best thinking and resources to offer prescriptive and unique tools and thought leadership to help them navigate their digital trajectories. Digital Strategists have ownership for the development and delivery of original, inspiring and thought-provoking workshops and other collateral to help customers chart their digital transformation journeys and feel inspired to take the next steps. Workshop & Thought Leadership Development: Accountable for development of workshops to foster cross functional partnerships and develop practical roadmaps that help customers mature and transform their digital trajectory. Workshop material will include development of original assets to spark customer’s imaginations and to encourage them to act on the vision forged during the workshops. Deliverables may include POVs, strategy tools and methodologies, maturity models, or whatever is needed to develop a repeatable hypothesis-driven framework to entice customers to take the next step. Expansion of existing repeatable industry-specific workshops to new industries, including the associated data harvest, data analysis, collateral, and deliverable production. Harvesting of insights from workshops to help understand the first-hand changing needs of customers to ensure that our offerings and prescriptive frameworks resonate with compelling, relevant, up to date, messaging and narratives. Responsible for authoring original thought leadership and compelling proposals on emerging or relevant digital themes to attract customers and drive new opportunities. Thought leadership will include proposals, frameworks, white papers, blogs, videos, and other media to help promote our brand and workshops, as well as supporting new business development. Workshop & Thought Leadership Execution: Spearhead and own the delivery of high-quality workshops with exceptional executive presence. Engage with C-Suites and Senior Executives with compelling storytelling narratives to drive action and change. Lead customers to strategic solutions to address their business challenges using prescriptive methodologies, tools, frameworks, and high-quality deliverables and roadmaps. Apply a cross-discipline, entrepreneurial perspective, capable of alternating between topics and adapting conversations, leading customers to prescriptive solutions. Surface and drive new opportunities for Adobe Strategy and Readiness Services offerings. Operations Management & Marketing: Track and monitor the progress of workshops and solution execution through their delivery lifecycle - from initial POVs to workshop execution, asset production, and eventual final deliverable readout. Harvest and track insights and attributable operational results to aid reporting and growth. Assist in the production of weekly customer impact newsletters. Engage with ecosystem stakeholders and participants to promote workshops both internally and externally and build a sustainable pipeline of customers willing to participate in workshops. What you need to succeed: Experience driving digital transformation initiatives as a trusted adviser. Experience in crafting digital or marketing strategies, along with an understanding of the technologies and tactics needed to operationalize them. Strong executive presence and communication skills, with ability to engage and encourage both senior executives as well as technical leaders. A forward-thinking self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset to create organic ‘pull’. A creative thinker able to convert complex and ambiguous concepts into digestible and navigable frameworks. Business acumen: ability to speak to value drivers via storytelling, and to be able to recognize conversational triggers to follow up on. Awareness of fundamental negotiation techniques and the ability to apply them. Ability to adapt and navigate around rapidly changing meeting dynamics and topics. Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations. Able to identify patterns in data and often chaotic information sets to surface unique insights and opportunities. High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly. Strong organizational and self-marketing skills. Big 4 or Management Consulting background preferred, but not essential. Expected Pay Range: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $123,000 -- $227,450 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $157,100 - $227,450 In New York, the pay range for this position is $157,100 - $227,450 In Colorado, the pay range for this position is $138,600 - $200,700 In Washington, the pay range for this position is $147,500 - $213,650 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
