As Senior Digital Sculptor, you will bring advanced experience in digital surface development to join this high-performance team responsible for the DTNA portfolio of multi branded products, Freightliner, Western Star and business subsidiaries. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Design, Industrial Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years of advanced digital surfacing experience.
- Expert level capacity in Class‑ A surfacing, CAD tools, and design‑to‑engineering integration.
- Outstanding ability to solve complex surfacing challenges independently.
- Strong leadership excellence, communication skills, and passion for design excellence.
- Experience leading surface reviews and influencing design direction through technical expertise.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools for documentation, analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborative mindset and strong passion for design, contributing as an engaged and effective team player.

- Professional experience as a Digital Sculptor within an Automotive Design Department.
Responsibilities
- Lead all surfacing activities and ensure deliverables are executed on time, on budget, and to required quality standards.
- Act as a primary surfacing expert, translating design vision into high‑quality Class‑A surface solutions.
- Drive cross-functional alignment of digital surfaces with master sections, engineering criteria, and program targets.
- Own surface reviews, contribute to VR‑based design evaluations, and represent surfacing expertise in cross‑functional forums.
- Present project work to high level executives representing the department at executive meetings and events.
