About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager with extensive experience in digital product or technology delivery, particularly within regulated industries like Clinical Trials, Life Sciences, or Healthcare. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end delivery of digital products and technology solutions, manage project lifecycles, and ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. This role involves close collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive Agile delivery and achieve successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project/program management experience
• At least 5 years in digital product or technology delivery
• Strong domain experience in Clinical Trials, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other regulated industries
• Proven experience delivering Digital Products and Solutions using Agile methodologies
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and change management processes
• Experience working with cross-functional global teams and third-party vendors
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Leadership skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Clinical Trial platforms and digital health solutions
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or Agile Certifications
• Familiarity with GxP, FDA, ICH-GCP, and other regulatory frameworks
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital products and technology solutions supporting clinical trials and related business functions.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, clinical teams, vendors, and technology teams to define and execute project plans.
• Drive Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog management, release planning, and stakeholder reviews.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and provide regular project status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and roadblocks to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Lead governance meetings and support strategic decision-making for digital initiatives.
