About The Position

At SquareTrade, Inc. d/b/a Allstate Protection Plans (“Allstate Protection Plans”), we help our customers when they need us most. As the market leader of protection plans, we touch the lives of millions of people across the world. Our success is due to our focus on delivering great service to our customers through a modern, digital platform. We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Product Manager to drive strategic initiatives that accelerate our roadmap for our in home experience. The In‑Home Product team owns the end‑to‑end experience for customers once a claim is approved for an in‑home repair. We support categories such as large home appliances, lawn and garden equipment and furniture. The team manages every aspect of the journey —scheduling technician appointments, sourcing and ordering parts, and coordinating clear, proactive communication with both customers and service professionals to ensure a smooth, high-quality repair experience. As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you will own the definition, delivery, and lifecycle management of your product, ensuring every effort is tied to measurable business outcomes. This role serves as a critical bridge between operations, customer experience, and technology. You will work closely with subject matter experts across the business to deeply understand challenges, validate assumptions through product discovery, and translate insights into actionable priorities. You will manage the strategic product vision, roadmap, and backlog to maximize enterprise and customer value. Beyond discovery, you will partner with engineering and global product teams to drive solutioning and reimagine the experience. In this high-impact role, you’ll define desired outcomes, enable teams to deliver best-in-class customer and customer service agent experiences, and directly influence overall business success through innovative, outcome-based delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience driving measurable business or product outcomes and breaking down work into iterative and incremental delivery to achieve those outcomes
  • BA/BS Degree
  • Deeply curious, empathetic and customer obsessed mindset
  • Excel at influencing stakeholders and driving consensus through transparent communication and strong relationship management
  • Metrics-driven, using KPIs, customer feedback, and data insights to inform backlog prioritization and product strategy
  • Engage in discovery and test-and-learn activities to validate assumptions and guide product direction
  • Can decompose complex problems into manageable stories to then create and prioritize a clear backlog for the product team
  • Manage the product vision and roadmap effectively and providing timely feedback on development iterations
  • Are proactive in anticipating challenges and identifying opportunities to deliver value
  • Are flexible and adaptable, able to navigate ambiguity within your product and across the organization while maintaining focus on outcomes
