About The Position

Progyny is seeking a Senior Digital Product Analyst to join our Member Experience team. This role will be responsible for measuring, analyzing, and optimizing member engagement across Progyny’s digital experiences, including the member portal, website, and mobile app. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, curious, and passionate about using data to improve digital experiences. You will partner closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to develop insights that drive engagement, adoption, retention, and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience, required.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, product analytics, or web/app analytics
  • Experience working with digital engagement metrics across web and mobile platforms
  • Strong proficiency with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar tools
  • Advanced Excel and strong data visualization skills using tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar
  • Working knowledge of SQL and experience querying and combining large datasets preferred
  • Understanding of digital product funnels, customer journeys, retention analysis, and experimentation methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for improving user experiences through data

  • Experience analyzing healthcare, benefits, or consumer digital experiences
  • Familiarity with mobile app analytics and attribution platforms
  • Experience working in Agile product environments
  • Understanding of HIPAA and data privacy best practices

Responsibilities

  • Own digital analytics reporting and insights for Progyny’s member portal, website, and mobile app
  • Monitor and analyze member engagement metrics, behavioral trends, conversion funnels, and user journeys
  • Develop dashboards and recurring reports to communicate KPIs and performance trends to stakeholders
  • Partner with Product and UX teams to define success metrics for new features and digital initiatives
  • Implement and maintain tracking plans, tagging strategies, and event instrumentation across digital platforms
  • Identify opportunities to improve member engagement, usability, and digital adoption through data-driven recommendations
  • Conduct A/B test analysis and support experimentation initiatives
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to ensure analytics data quality and integrity
  • Partner with Product and Data Engineering to ensure data availability in SQL/data warehouse environments
  • Monitor analytics health and resolve discrepancies in reporting
  • Support executive and operational reporting related to member digital experience performance
