Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our end-to-end digital growth strategy. The ideal candidate brings 7-8+ years of hands-on experience driving performance at early-stage and growth-stage consumer tech companies, high-growth startups, or global SaaS brands. This role demands deep expertise across the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention, along with proven success in performance marketing, paid media optimization, lifecycle marketing, and data-driven experimentation. You will own the digital funnel and drive measurable impact through insights, structured testing, and best-in-class marketing tools.

Requirements

  • 7–8+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, performance marketing, or growth roles.
  • Background working with consumer tech brands (e-commerce, mobility, food delivery, marketplaces) OR global SaaS companies.
  • Hands-on expertise with: Performance channels: Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic Lifecycle tools: Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot, Marketo, Customer.io, Mailchimp Analytics platforms: GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, Power BI
  • Strong understanding of growth funnels, experimentation frameworks, and marketing automation.
  • Test and scale new marketing surfaces and technology that support businesses growth.
  • Proven ability to manage large budgets and optimize for performance and efficiency.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience working with technical teams (product, engineering, data science) to scope work needed to build lifecycle campaigns.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience scaling digital channels for high-growth brands.
  • Knowledge of SEO, ASO, content marketing, and CRO is a plus.
  • Past experience managing agencies, freelancers, or cross-functional project teams.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing, personalization engines, and automation workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Lifecycle Management- Build and optimize full customer lifecycle journeys across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app communication, and retargeting flows.
  • Develop personalized communication strategies based on user cohorts, behavior, and intent.
  • Improve activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation metrics through targeted lifecycle programs.
  • Performance & Growth Marketing- Lead performance marketing across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic networks, and affiliate channels.
  • Manage and optimize CAC, ROAS, LTV, funnel conversion rates, and overall campaign efficiency.
  • Set up experimentation roadmaps- A/B tests, multivariate testing, creative testing, bidding strategies, and landing page optimization.
  • Build and execute full-funnel acquisition strategies across paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Campaign & Channel Management- Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns for brand awareness, demand generation, and growth.
  • Collaborate with content, brand, design, and product teams to ensure strong messaging, creatives, and audience targeting.
  • Manage digital budgets, monitor performance, and produce weekly/monthly reporting dashboards.
  • Analytics & Data-Driven Insights- Use advanced analytics tools (GA4, Looker/Power BI, Mixpanel/Amplitude, HubSpot, etc.) to monitor funnel performance.
  • Drive insights from data to refine strategies, audience segmentation, and channel allocation.
  • Build dashboards that track key performance metrics and highlight actionable insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with product, design, brand, clinical teams, sales, and leadership to align digital marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Lead discussions on growth opportunities, channel expansion, and digital optimization.
