Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive digital marketing experience
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel performance measurement
  • Proficiency across paid search, paid social, email, SMS, and digital reporting
  • Google Ads, Meta, or HubSpot certifications

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members preferred

Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels in support of company growth objectives
  • Own the day-to-day management and performance oversight of digital agency partners, including budget pacing, execution quality, and optimization recommendations
  • Provide budget oversight for digital agency spend, ensuring investments align with priorities, timelines, and performance expectations
  • Develop and maintain a digital marketing roadmap with quarterly and annual planning aligned to broader marketing and business goals
  • Manage and develop the Digital Marketing Coordinator, setting priorities, reviewing work, and supporting professional growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, IT, Operations, and external partners to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on schedule
  • Monitor performance using tools such as GA4, CRM platforms, and internal dashboards; translate insights into actionable optimizations
  • Lead ongoing testing initiatives across creative, messaging, audiences, and funnel touchpoints to improve efficiency and results
  • Support planning, execution, and reporting of Email and SMS campaigns tied to acquisition and lifecycle marketing
  • Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and competitive activity to inform recommendations and improvements
