Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience working at a digital marketing agency.
  • Experience working with Law Firm clients is a must.
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing services and strategies for the legal industry.
  • Experience managing multiple clients at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build great relationships with clients.
  • A keen eye for detail to identify areas of improvement in communications, client results, and processes.
  • Solid organization skills to effectively manage daily, weekly, and monthly to-do lists.
  • Proactive and resourceful in all aspects of the role.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Personal Injury Law Firm Clients highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of VIP accounts by overseeing the client services to ensure they are performing well, on-time, and implemented to the clients’ needs.
  • Work with the clients and their staff to make strategy decisions and pivots, pushing back on client requests if they won’t yield desired results.
  • Collaborate with internal services teams to strategize for clients’ needs.
  • Identify areas where clients’ services are lacking and offer proposed solutions, including upgrading services to higher tiers.
  • Coordinate and execute monthly reporting calls with the client.
  • Over-communicate with clients in an effective and clear manner regarding the work being performed and results achieved.
