Role Overview We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to own marketing strategy and execution across key growth channels. This role blends high-level strategy with hands-on execution and will work closely with leadership to drive user growth, engagement, and revenue.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing, ideally in fintech, trading, or regulated industries
• Strong understanding of email marketing, paid media, social, and conversion-focused web pages
• Proven ability to both set strategy and execute quickly
• Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and improving performance
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across email, social, paid advertising, web/landing pages, and partnerships
• Own lifecycle marketing, including acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention campaigns
• Plan and launch promotions, product updates, and brand initiatives in collaboration with leadership
• Optimize funnels, messaging, and conversion across channels using data and performance insights
• Manage external partners, affiliates, and vendors as needed
