About The Position

Join Parker Hannifin’s Engineered Materials Group (NVH Division) as a Senior Digital & IT Analyst focused on SAP SD and CS modules. This high-impact role is contract-to-hire: work remotely for the initial 3-6 months, then relocate to Erie, PA for a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day remote). Leverage your SAP SD/Order-to-Cash expertise to lead, design, and optimize global SAP solutions supporting manufacturing operations. Be at the forefront of SAP ECC to S4 migrations, collaborating with business and IT teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and compliant SAP processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 15+ years of SAP functional experience in SD, Order-to-Cash, and Customer Service
• Proven hands-on configuration expertise across end-to-end O2C processes, including sales, stockroom, and service
• Minimum of three full-cycle SAP implementations (Greenfield, Brownfield, Bluefield)
• Deep knowledge of SAP configuration for order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and customer master processes
• Strong cross-functional understanding of logistics and accounting dependencies
• Experience writing functional specifications and collaborating closely with technical teams
• Analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management excellence
• Background in global manufacturing, distribution, aerospace, industrial, or engineering-driven organizations
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Nice To Haves

• Full ECC to S4 HANA migration project experience
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) process design, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support in SAP ECC environments
• Gather business requirements, analyze current-state, and define future-state SAP solutions for global stakeholders
• Configure and support all core SAP SD and CS functionalities: sales orders, pricing, delivery, billing, returns, credit management, output, and master data
• Drive integration with finance, logistics, supply chain, and other SAP modules, ensuring seamless end-to-end process flows
• Collaborate with technical teams on ABAP development, middleware, EDI/API integrations, and data migration
• Develop test scripts, manage all testing cycles (UNT/SIT/RGR/UAT), provide end-user training, and deliver documentation
• Support cutover planning, go-live execution, hyper care, and post-production stabilization
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective resolutions
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and enterprise architecture requirements
