About The Position

Responsibilities
Lead MBSE strategy, implementation, and governance
Oversee development of system architectures, requirements, and models
Advise COTRs and senior stakeholders on technical approaches and solutions
Ensure alignment of system designs with mission objectives and enterprise architecture
Mentor junior and intermediate engineers
Drive innovation in modeling approaches and tools
Required Qualifications
Deep expertise in MBSE methodologies, frameworks, and tools (DoDAF, SysML, UAF)
Proven experience leading system engineering efforts in complex environments
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience guiding system design, integration, and validation
Desired Qualifications
OCSMP Level 2 or higher (advanced levels preferred)
Experience supporting federal or DoD programs
Expertise in enterprise-level architecture and digital engineering transformation

Requirements
