About The Position

This role focuses on leading the Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) strategy, implementation, and governance. The Senior Digital Engineer will oversee the development of system architectures, requirements, and models, while advising COTRs and senior stakeholders on technical approaches and solutions. A key aspect of this position is ensuring the alignment of system designs with mission objectives and enterprise architecture. The role also involves mentoring junior and intermediate engineers and driving innovation in modeling approaches and tools.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in MBSE methodologies, frameworks, and tools (DoDAF, SysML, UAF)
• Proven experience leading system engineering efforts in complex environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience guiding system design, integration, and validation

Nice To Haves

• OCSMP Level 2 or higher (advanced levels preferred)
• Experience supporting federal or DoD programs
• Expertise in enterprise-level architecture and digital engineering transformation
