This position is responsible for implementing and delivery of a digital communications strategy for one or more customer facing portals (member, provider, employer, or broker, or employee) which supports the enterprise business plan; implementing the determined strategy; handling the day-to-day operations of the digital communications development and operation team; and ensuring the realization of anticipated benefits. Role requires some support from manager and/or team SME and may need guidance on specific products, portal, processes, etc. This editorial role focuses on content coordination, editing and project management to publish clear and concise messaging in the right digital communications channel to meet business goals and stakeholder needs.
