As a Senior Digital Account Manager for John Deere Intelligent Solutions Group located in Urbandale, IA or remote, you will ensure quality service and profitable business growth by managing a portfolio of complex customer relationships and/or a small team of account managers. You will manage complex relationships with identified customer segments to ensure their needs are met, providing themes, summary analyses, and recommendations for changes based on customer input. Customer segments could include input providers, Ag retailers, grain merchandisers and software companies. You will set clear objectives for each sales call or meeting; tailor materials to make presentations to decision-makers and influencers within the customer organization; and ask relevant questions to gather information, to evaluate the customer's level of interest, and to identify and respond to areas requiring further information or explanation. Leverage your expertise to pinpoint Deere’s technology products and services that best fit the customer’s needs to enhance their productivity and profitability. Collaborate internally with ISG tactical and product marketing, ISG product management, Strategic Account Business Division and the digital business development group to champion your customers in cross-functional teams to build strong relationships. Develop a personal network within the industry and represent the Deere at trade shows and other events to identify sales opportunities, promote Deere and our digital technologies, and enhance our reputation.
