onsemi is seeking a Sr. Diffusion Engineer. You will develop and support the manufacturing of 300mm silicon wafers used for Automotive and Consumer applications throughout the world. You will also provide process engineering support for additional process areas. Requirements

Senior Diffusion Engineer role implies significant experience in diffusion processes and semiconductor manufacturing.
Experience with 300mm silicon wafer manufacturing.
Familiarity with Automotive and Consumer applications.
Ability to provide process engineering support for various process areas.
Experience working in a team-based environment.
