About The Position

Are you a diesel pro who loves variety and challenge? Join our team and work on an exciting mix of heavy equipment—from massive excavators to precision forklifts, road-ready trucks to specialized trailers. This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect to perform physically demanding tasks (bending, climbing, pushing, etc.), repetitive movements, and lifting from 50-75 lbs. PPE provided.

Requirements

• 3+ years of diesel mechanic experience, preferably with trailers and mixed heavy equipment.
• Experience working on trucks, trailers, excavators, forklifts, loaders, and similar equipment.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Experience with Davie 4 diagnostic software.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Foundation Brake Certification (required).

Nice To Haves

• Cummins Certification (preferred).
• CDL license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines, trailers, and heavy equipment.
• Troubleshoot fuel, brake, transmission, hydraulic, hydraulic, suspension, exhaust, and electrical systems.
• Use diagnostic software and tools, including Davie 4, to identify and resolve issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Test equipment after repairs to ensure safe operation and performance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records in compliance with DOT and company standards.
• Follow all OSHA and DOT safety requirements.
