About The Position
Christian Brothers Automotive is seeking experienced Senior Master Automotive Technicians/Mechanics for their busy shop in Arlington. Technicians are paid on a clock-time basis with bonus opportunities, fostering a team-oriented environment focused on quality diagnostics and repairs. Requirements
- Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests.
- 4+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic skilled in diagnostics.
- Expert at diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
- Meet or exceed hourly goals.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- A desire for long-term career development.
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head.
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair.
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools.
- Walk/stand for the majority of their workday.
- Drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Efficiently navigate a computer.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and fix vehicles for guests using knowledge and skills.
- Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
- Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
- Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively.
- Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate concerns.
- Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results.
