Your Mission Join ClearEdge as a Senior DevOps Software Engineer, where you will design, automate, and sustain infrastructure and deployment solutions supporting secure environments. In this role, you will leverage Infrastructure-as-Code and automation frameworks to build reliable, scalable, and compliant systems. You will play a key role in integrating development and operations practices to ensure efficient, repeatable, and secure delivery pipelines.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
  • Fourteen (14) years of experience as a DevOps or Software Engineer on programs of similar scope, type, and complexity
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (4 additional years of experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree)
  • Experience as a DevOps engineer with STE/STN environments
  • Strong experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Packer
  • Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes environments

Nice To Haves

  • Systems Administration background related to SSP accreditation
  • Development experience in Java or Python
  • Experience supporting secure or compliance-driven environments

Responsibilities

  • Designing and maintaining Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform
  • Automating configuration management and deployments with Ansible and Packer
  • Deploying and managing containerized applications within Kubernetes environments
  • Supporting secure system builds and hardened infrastructure baselines
  • Collaborating with system administrators, software engineers, and security teams
  • Troubleshooting deployment, orchestration, and infrastructure issues
  • Contributing to system documentation and supporting security accreditation activities
  • Continuously improving automation, scalability, and system reliability
