Senior DevOps Manager

We help thousands of Fintechs in the US and Canada instantly move money in and out of accounts and we are actively expanding into other countries. Our customers represent the hottest verticals in the financial service industry such as neobanks, challenger brokers, gaming and wallets. TabaPay is a highly profitable rocketship that processes billions of dollars each year. As the Senior DevOps Manager for TabaPay, you'll be working with the CTO and team to help design and build solutions to various complex problems. You love jumping into complex operations and engineering projects involving both hardware and software. Deliver top notch tech for both internal and external applications. You are enthusiastic about creating innovative solutions and optimizing system operations and applications. When it comes to work ethic, you are hands on, self-motivated, and a strong team player. You love seeing your work hold real time impact for the company.
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on system design and documentation.
- Previous experience in 24x7x365 environment desired
- Knowledge of PCI/SOC compliance and security best practices.
- Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Shell) for automation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or Java or Go
- Frontend experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Expertise in Restful APIs, cloud computing, and databases.
- Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications to support operations and transactional data.
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation.
- Manage and maintain multiple deployment environments.
- Oversee application release management and troubleshoot deployment issues.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance security, scalability, and performance.
- Work in a Production Environment.
- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers by providing technical guidance, conducting regular 1:1s and performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
