About The Position

PeopleTec is currently seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to support their Huntsville, AL location. The role involves the design, deployment, testing, certification, operations, patching, and addressing interoperability issues of DevSecOps infrastructure tools, including all operating systems, support libraries, components, and application dependencies. The engineer will also be responsible for the primary Operations and Maintenance workforce for multiple tools, deploying and configuring services using infrastructure as a service providers, configuring and managing Linux-based servers for dynamic websites, debugging cluster-based computing architectures, using scripting or basic programming skills to solve problems, and installing and managing open-source monitoring tools.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience
• Container deployment
• Gitlab/Jenkins/GitHub
• Deployment automation across Windows/Linux
• AWS, Docker, ALB, Terraform, Cloudformation, Databricks, AWS Redis, Springboot, PKI
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• An active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required to perform this work.
• Candidates are required to have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
• Bachelor Degree in related field or in lieu of degree 4 additional years of experience
