About The Position

This role involves leading end-to-end design activities for office network transformations across global regions. The engineer will configure and manage office network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, printers, conference room technology, and Out-of-Band switches using automated pipelines. A key aspect of the role is supporting the transition from traditional network infrastructure to cloud-based solutions as part of the Global Connectivity Strategy program. The engineer will utilize NetBox as a source of truth for device tracking and configuration management, coordinate on-site "remote hands" during cutover activities, and ensure successful execution of migration events. Additionally, the role includes performing site analysis and design activities, responding to and resolving critical issues affecting global sites, contributing to the automation and optimization of network configuration processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable and scalable connectivity solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or network transformation initiatives
  • Experience configuring and managing enterprise network infrastructure
  • Familiarity with Wi-Fi technologies, conference room systems, printers, and Out-of-Band management solutions
  • Experience with infrastructure automation and deployment pipelines
  • Knowledge of cloud-based networking solutions and modernization strategies
  • Experience using NetBox or similar configuration management and asset tracking platforms
  • Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
  • Ability to support large-scale migration and cutover activities
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across global teams
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools and automation frameworks
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Experience with network monitoring and observability tools
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash
  • Experience supporting global enterprise environments
  • Understanding of modern networking concepts and software-defined infrastructure

Responsibilities
