Senior DevOps Engineer
About The Position
At LogicManager, our DevOps team builds and maintains the resilient, secure, and scalable infrastructure that supports our products and customers. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll take ownership of complex technical challenges while helping improve the standards, automation, and practices that strengthen our platform. This is a hands-on senior role for someone who enjoys solving difficult infrastructure problems, designing durable solutions, and helping other engineers grow. You’ll work across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, automation, observability, security, and reliability while serving as a technical leader on complex projects and critical incidents.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise across multiple production infrastructure domains, with deep capability in at least one.
- Significant experience designing and operating cloud and Kubernetes platforms in production.
- Advanced experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, Linux, networking, observability, security, and incident response.
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to troubleshoot across applications, infrastructure, networking, data, and security.
- Sound technical judgment with a focus on maintainable, secure, observable, and cost-conscious solutions.
- Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership during complex or ambiguous work.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with OCI/OKE, Jenkins, or comparable technologies.
- Experience with Oracle infrastructure, GoldenGate, or comparable replication technologies.
- Experience with data platforms, disaster recovery, or compliance-sensitive infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable and highly available cloud, networking, Kubernetes, CI/CD, automation, and observability solutions.
- Lead complex troubleshooting across OCI, OKE, Linux, networking, Jenkins, and interconnected infrastructure.
- Develop Infrastructure-as-Code, deployment automation, monitoring, recovery, and platform improvements that reduce risk and manual effort.
- Translate security and compliance requirements into practical infrastructure controls and strengthen disaster recovery and service reliability.
- Lead critical incident response, root-cause analysis, recovery, and corrective actions.
- Mentor engineers, review consequential infrastructure changes, and help identify and address technical debt and risk.
- Work with Product Development and other technical teams to align platform improvements with business and delivery priorities.
