About The Position

Erias Ventures is seeking a DevOps Engineer who will be responsible for system administration, maintenance, upgrades, installation, test, integration, and configuration of VLP/LF/MF/HF/VHF/UHF/Wireless SIGINT survey, collection and geo-location systems and software to include prototypes, development, operational testing, test, and labs systems and products. Requirements

A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
Twelve (12) years' experience with software and system deployments, Linux system admin, containerization, cloud deployments, DevSecOps.
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science; or may substitute four (4) years' experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree; or may substitute two (2) years' experience with MS in Engineering or CS.
Experience with both Arista and Cisco network devices.
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Bash.
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) using Ansible or Terraform.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for software deployment.
Recent experience within the last three (3) years in Kubernetes.
Recent experience within the last three (3) years in cluster orchestration.
Recent experience within the last three (3) years containerization.
Active IAT II CWIP / DoD 8570 compliant cert (i.e., Security+) AND CCNA certification.

Responsibilities

System administration, maintenance, upgrades, installation, test, integration, and configuration of VLP/LF/MF/HF/VHF/UHF/Wireless SIGINT survey, collection and geo-location systems and software to include prototypes, development, operational testing, test, and labs systems and products.
Performing network services from network design through implementation, maintenance, and upgrading of existing networks.
LAN/CAN/WAN administration.
Configuring and optimizing the network to connect various front-end and back-end components.
Designing solutions, integrating, configuring, deploying, testing and providing ongoing maintenance for numerous types of network devices.
Strong Linux (RHEL/CentOS) administration and troubleshooting.
Building and maintaining pipelines with tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
Managing and configuring Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
Management and monitoring of hybrid cloud/virtualized environments.
Willing to travel for information system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Be available for 24/7 call-in support for operational system critical discrepancies.
