About The Position

InfoTrust is making its first dedicated investment in DevOps and is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to build this discipline from the ground up. Currently, deployment, reliability, cloud infrastructure, and security are managed by experienced engineering teams alongside their product work. As the founding DevOps hire, this role will consolidate these responsibilities, establishing clear standards for DevOps at InfoTrust. This is a hands-on position with no existing playbook or team to rely on, offering an opportunity to define and implement the DevOps strategy. InfoTrust is a global, privately-owned products and solutions company focused on data analytics, media enablement, and privacy-centric solutions for Fortune 100–500 companies and major brands. The company culture emphasizes passion, ownership, diversity, trust, respect, and continuous growth, evidenced by multiple "Best Places to Work" awards and a Great Place to Work certification for seven consecutive years.

  • Mastery of CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code, with experience building adopted deployment pipelines and codified infrastructure.
  • Production reliability and incident ownership experience, including owning uptime and building observability.
  • Database and data-layer operations experience, including owning production database reliability, automated and tested backups, and downtime-free schema/data migrations.
  • Hands-on cloud security experience, including identity and access management (IAM), secrets management, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Experience working with compliance frameworks like SOC 2.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to impose structure in semi-structured environments.
  • Desire to build a function and own the entire surface area (reliability, delivery, cloud, data, and security) rather than a narrow slice.
