About The Position

The Senior DevOps Engineer designs, builds, and maintains internal developer platforms and self-service infrastructure. The role provisions and manages cloud resources, develops and standardizes automated delivery pipelines, and manages containerized microservices and deployments. It also implements observability and reliability solutions and embeds security and compliance guardrails into the platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain internal developer portals and self-service infrastructure.
• Provision and manage cloud resources using infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Crossplane.
• Build, optimize, and standardize automated CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Argo CD.
• Manage microservices and container deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and tracing stacks, such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog, to support system uptime.
• Embed secure-by-design guardrails, role-based access control (RBAC), and automated compliance checks into the platform.
