About The Position

The Advanced Technology Group (ATG) at ServiceNow is a customer-focused innovation group that builds intelligent software and smart user experiences with advanced technologies. The team develops and evolves the AI platform and partners with other teams to create AI-powered products and end-to-end work experiences. It also researches and tests emerging AI technologies to establish foundations for future work experiences. In this role, you will help build AI and machine learning solutions that improve user experience and enterprise workflow efficiency. You will build cloud-based AI/ML solutions, collaborate with developers, product managers, and quality engineers, and work with product owners to understand requirements. You will own your code from design and implementation through testing and delivery. The role includes deploying, scaling, and operating services in production Kubernetes environments, using Helm-based deployments and CI/CD pipelines. You will own observability for the services you build, debug and resolve production incidents, participate in on-call, conduct root-cause analysis, and operate against defined service level objectives.
