About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to play a key role in shaping and scaling our cloud infrastructure and delivery capabilities. Reporting to the Director of Software Engineering, you’ll design, build, and continuously improve the systems that power our applications across AWS and Azure. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll partner closely with engineering and IT teams to drive automation, reliability, and operational excellence. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in a DevOps or similar role
  • Strong hands-on expertise with AWS and Azure
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in production environments
  • Solid background supporting cloud-based applications, deployments, and monitoring
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
  • Experience with infrastructure/configuration tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Octopus)
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern deployment patterns
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure to ensure scalability, security, and reliability
  • Design and manage CI/CD pipelines that enable fast, consistent, and high-quality software delivery
  • Support and streamline deployments across development, testing, and production environments
  • Monitor system performance, proactively identify issues, and resolve operational bottlenecks
  • Build automation tools and scripts to improve provisioning, deployments, and overall efficiency
  • Enhance testing and infrastructure practices to support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment strategies, observability, and release quality
  • Maintain clear technical documentation, including runbooks, standards, and best practices
  • Support containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Drive platform reliability and operational maturity through ongoing improvements
