Kids Help Phone Foundation is seeking a Senior Development Manager, Regional Philanthropy & Partnerships to help inspire generosity and raise funds across Canada to deliver on KHP’s promise to youth. The Senior Development Manager, Regional Philanthropy & Partnerships is a strategic fundraising leader responsible for building and managing a major gifts portfolio across Eastern and Western Canada. Working closely with the Director, Regional Philanthropy & Partnerships, senior executives, and volunteer leaders, this role develops and executes high-impact fundraising strategies to secure and grow six- and seven-figure philanthropic contributions. The role also provides leadership and mentorship to a national frontline fundraising team, overseeing major gifts, corporate partnerships, and event revenue initiatives. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, Board members, and key stakeholders, the Senior Development Manager helps drive donor engagement, strengthen relationships, and advance Kids Help Phone Foundation’s fundraising goals through collaborative planning, strategic execution, and accountability for results.
