Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related business field with five or more (5+) years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle practices, application design, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Working knowledge of AI development concepts, AI-assisted tools, automation logic, APIs, data structures, and integration methods.
  • Ability to mathematically calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Casper, Wyoming.
  • English language fluency, verbal and written.
  • Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check and drug/alcohol test.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for software and system projects.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications, integrations, automation, and system enhancements.
  • Support AI development initiatives, including AI-enabled applications, automation tools, data-driven workflows, and related system functionality.
  • Manage multiple development projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Work with end users, project stakeholders, vendors, and internal IT resources to define scope and deliver solutions.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, resolve defects, and recommend technical improvements.
  • Maintain development documentation, change records, testing results, and implementation plans.
  • Participate in production releases, rollouts, and post-implementation support activities.
