About The Position
We are seeking a Senior Developer to help design, build, and enhance our external customer-facing web portal, delivering secure, scalable, and intuitive digital experiences for our customers. In this role, you will develop and support high-performance applications that balance reliability, usability, and maintainability while helping solve complex business challenges. Working closely with business partners, architects, product teams, and fellow engineers, you will contribute to solutions that improve customer engagement, streamline experiences, and support evolving organizational needs. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 5+ years of experience in related field.
- In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, high-availability applications that support mission-critical business operations.
- Build well-structured, maintainable, and efficient software solutions across front-end, back-end, and service layers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Independently perform analysis, discovery, and technical investigation to identify opportunities, risks, and recommended approaches.
- Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions that support scalability, stability, and long-term maintainability.
- Evaluate technology options and provide recommendations regarding build-versus-buy decisions, integrations, and platform capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and development issues while communicating effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and team members.
- Promote code quality through testing, code reviews, automation, and adherence to development best practices.
- Research emerging technologies, industry trends, and engineering practices to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Support application performance, reliability, security, and observability objectives.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers and other team members.
- Contribute to agile planning activities, estimation, and delivery commitments.
