About The Position

DPP is seeking a Senior Developer for an opportunity with our client in the healthcare insurance industry. The ITSO End User Communications & Collaboration Services team delivers and supports the enterprise collaboration, communication, and productivity ecosystem. The team manages Microsoft 365, SharePoint, email security services, secure client technologies, and related digital workplace platforms, ensuring employees have secure and reliable access to the tools they need to collaborate, communicate, and innovate. Through governance, automation, security, and continuous improvement, the team drives employee productivity while reducing risk and operational complexity.

Requirements

Experience with Copilot Studio.
Experience with AI Builder and Generative AI solutions.
Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, or Azure Data Lake.
Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Experience implementing application governance and security controls.
Microsoft certifications such as: PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer, PL-600: Power Platform Solution Architect, PL-300: Power BI Data Analyst, DP-600: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate, AZ-204: Azure Developer Associate.
8 years of application development, systems testing or other job-related experience.
3-5 Years of Power Platform experience from a developer point of view.

Responsibilities

Designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise solutions utilizing Microsoft's Power Platform and Fabric ecosystem.
Partnering with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, and IT teams to deliver scalable automation, analytics, data integration, reporting, and AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and business decision-making.
Possessing strong development experience within Microsoft technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, Azure services, and Copilot technologies.
