Requirements

Demonstrated experience (minimum 8 years) in cloud-native, distributed, multi-tenant development
Strong understanding and application of software development best practices, with a strong focus on clean code
Experience with the following technologies: .NET Core, C#, Claude, GitHub Copilot, ORM frameworks, Azure DevOps, and relational or other types of databases
Familiarity with dependency injection frameworks (especially within the .NET ecosystem)
Experience with artificial intelligence and AI agents
Strong command of French and English, both written and spoken.
College or university degree in Computer Science.

Responsibilities

Propose, review, and take ownership of technical designs at the EPIC level
Design and implement agentic workflows, including the integration of internal and external MCP servers into the service offering of the core transactional platform
Contribute to the analysis and categorization of work artifacts (e.g., service tickets, incident reports)
Contribute to the development team’s code review standards and processes
Mentor Developer I and Developer II team members
Ensure, together with the team, the operation and support of the products under the team’s responsibility
Consistently apply SDLC best practices
Contribute to the technology roadmap by executing the Product Owner’s vision for the team’s products
Identify elements of technical debt within the team and contribute to their prioritization
May be involved in the recruitment process and participate as a backup interviewer in second-round technical interviews
Identify opportunities, emerging technologies, and best practices as part of the team’s technology watch and continuous improvement efforts.
