About The Position
Uline is seeking an experienced IT professional to join their team as a Senior Desktop Quality Assurance Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and leading QA strategies, mentoring a team to enhance desktop performance, and resolving complex issues across North America. Uline's IT department consists of over 450 employees who develop and support custom systems essential for the company's operations, from warehouse management to e-commerce. This position offers career growth potential within a stable, established company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- 5+ years in Software Design / Architecture with hands-on development experience.
- Proficient with Windows, MacOS and IT management tools, including Intune, Jamf and MECM.
Responsibilities
- Partner with IT teams to design, test, and implement QA strategies for device setup, application installs, and system updates.
- Mentor team members, providing technical guidance and establishing best practices for smooth operations and excellent service.
- Lead root cause analysis, utilize data to create reports, and deliver recommendations for resolving complex issues and improving desktop performance.
- Collaborate with IT Security teams to review processes and ensure compliance with security standards and business requirements.
