About The Position

Starbucks Creative Studio is on a mission to build world-class creative from the inside out. We're an in-house team who care deeply about craft, storytelling, and creating work that moves people. We're looking for someone who loves design, thrives on collaboration, and brings a strong point of view to the work. You may work on brand identity, design systems, packaging, illustration, merch, seasonal campaigns, retail experiences, signage, digital experiences, or whatever else we dream up—bringing the Starbucks brand to life through thoughtful, beautifully crafted design.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of design experience at an agency or in-house creative team.

  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking, design craft, and execution across brand identity, packaging, retail, digital, or integrated marketing work.
  • Strong visual storytelling ability who can present work and articulate creative decisions with confidence.
  • You're obsessed with details and pixel-level craft, but always understand the bigger business and brand objectives
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can manage multiple priorities with ease.
  • You're energized by feedback and committed to continuous growth as a designer.
