Mason's Meats is a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brand that produces premium beef jerky and meat snacks using only British and Irish grass-fed beef and sea salt, without additives or sugar. The company currently sells across the UK, EU, Middle East, and other regions, and is expanding into the USA with a new production facility in Austin, Texas, where it will use American grass-fed, grass-finished beef and Anglesey salt. The brand emphasizes a return to real food. The Senior Designer will take complete ownership of design for Mason's Meats on a worldwide basis, collaborating with both remote and local team members. The design, marketing, paid, and retention teams are co-located. This role is not just about execution but also about identifying design gaps, raising the overall standard, and ensuring all creative output is consistent with the Mason's Meats brand identity. The designer will receive briefs and copy and be responsible for executing them to the highest standard, with direct review from founders and the team before anything goes live.
