Requirements

Master’s degree in Food Science or a related discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Culinary Science, Human Nutrition).
Minimum 10 years of experience in the industrial food, pharmaceutical, ingredient, or flavor industry.
At least 5 years of experience within a relevant specialty or application field.
2–3 years of experience working in cross-functional teams in roles such as project leader or contributor.
Proven ability to manage multiple, high-value projects independently with strong planning and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong understanding of sensory evaluation, consumer insights, and their application to successful product design.
Experience contributing to global or regional innovation programs and technology platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize finished product formulations, considering industrial standards, country-specific regulations, and customer requirements.
Lead complex food application projects from concept through commercialization, acting as a project leader in cross-functional teams.
Apply deep knowledge of ingredients, raw materials, and processing technologies to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Drive regional and global customer projects with strong commercial impact, including margin improvement and new business wins.
Contribute to regional and global technical and innovation strategies aligned with category priorities.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Flavorists, Product Experience, and Regulatory Affairs to deliver integrated customer solutions.
Build and leverage internal and external technical networks to share knowledge, best practices, and new technologies.
Support innovation and technology initiatives, including concept generation, validation, and scale-up activities.
