AccentureNew York, NY
$66,300 - $154,800

About The Position

Droga5, part of Accenture Song, is a creative agency with offices in New York, London, Dublin, Tokyo and São Paulo. From integrated communications and experience innovation to business design, Droga5 exists to build and sustain the most influential brands of the 21st century through creativity. Droga5 was founded in 2006 and has been recognized as Agency of the Year more than 25 times and was named both Ad Age and Adweek’s Agency of the Decade (2010–2019). A dedicated, disciplined design studio, within a world-class creative agency, that’s part of the most prestigious and capable consultancy group on earth. Studio Principles: Taste - Our cultivated sense of aesthetic judgement is applied to everything we do, every decision we make - however big or small - because, when striving for timelessness, everything matters. Tenacity - An idea is only as good as its articulation. In brand design, the idea we’re articulating is our client’s idea; the very reason they exist; how they see the world, and how they plan to change it. Trust - The essence of true client partnership and in turn, the fundamental foundation of achieving design excellence and producing work that changes the world around it. The Senior Designer leads and owns work with limited oversight and presents work confidently internally and to clients. They have a strong understanding of a wide range of design techniques and styles, with deep expertise in motion graphics and moving-image design. They are equally comfortable developing strong static design systems and bringing them to life through motion—using animation, typography, image, film and emerging technologies to create expressive, cohesive brand experiences across platforms. Senior Designers contribute to concept development, collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, and provide feedback and guidance to more junior team members.
