About The Position

Join a growing luxury residential design studio and play a key role in bringing exceptional interiors from concept to flawless execution. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Technical Designer with advanced AutoCAD skills and a passion for precision, beautiful detailing, and exceptional project delivery. You’ll partner closely with our design team, take ownership of technical documentation and project implementation, and help strengthen the standards and systems that support our continued growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• 2+ years of interior design, architecture, or construction project experience
• Advanced AutoCAD proficiency
• Strong knowledge of luxury residential detailing, millwork, cabinetry, finishes, and documentation
• Exceptional organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
• A proactive, collaborative approach and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive AutoCAD drawing packages and detailed design documentation
• Translate design intent into accurate construction documents
• Manage project implementation from kickoff through installation
• Coordinate field measurements, installations, deliveries, specifications, and revisions
• Collaborate with designers, clients, vendors, and project partners
• Help elevate QA/QC standards and overall project efficiency
