We're seeking a Senior Design Project Manager to lead complex robotics and technology projects from concept to completion. In this highly visible role, you'll partner with customers, engineering teams, and business leaders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and beyond expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- PMP Certification required
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Experience managing technical, engineering, automation, or robotics projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills
- Proven ability to deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of medium to high-complexity technology and automation projects
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation
- Serve as the primary customer and stakeholder contact
- Lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across engineering and business groups
- Conduct customer design reviews and ensure project success
- Support SOW development, business proposals, and strategic initiatives
