This role is for a Senior Staff, Business System Analyst, SCM Demand Planning within the Supply Chain Management IT team.

Requirements

BS/MS degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or an IT/SCM related subject.
10+ years of experience in IT working with business systems.
10+ years of JDA/BlueYonder Experience required with focus on Demand Forecasting / Demand Planning.
A solid track record of being an expert in BlueYonder system configuration.
A solid track record of being an expert in designing and optimizing end-to-end SCM Demand Planning solutions.
Data-driven decision maker, able to effectively communicate abstract/complex interactions of systems, processes and people.
Able to establish effective working relationships with various levels in the organization and has the influence to drive team players to action and commitment.
Great organizational skills and experience working in Agile environments.
Ability to pivot quickly when core strategies and plans change.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge in BY Cognitive Demand is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Translating business system requirements into design specifications, system configurations, and solutions for purchased and home-grown applications.
Maintaining, sustaining, upgrading, and enhancing existing Demand Planning Solutions including BlueYonder Demand Planning.
Applying BlueYonder Demand Forecasting expertise to foster best-in-class solutions across multiple business areas.
Demonstrating exceptional expertise and leadership related to BlueYonder SCM solutions.
Ensuring proper integration between BlueYonder Demand Planning with upstream and downstream systems including Datawarehouse, Databases, Reporting, Applications.
Providing clear instructions and specifications to development teams for solutions requiring code work.
Assisting with Unit testing of solutions, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing.
Working with third-party vendors and contractors as needed for major projects.
Maintaining oversight on all project-related expenses and budget.
Creating User Stories and acceptance criteria and working with other technical teams to ensure technical and business needs are determined seamlessly.
Independently and effectively organizing and managing multiple assignments with challenging timelines.
Making decisions and collaborating efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrating strong leadership characteristics within the group and broader IT organization.
Coaching and mentoring other individual contributors on technologies and business processes.
Serving as technical solutions lead on large transformational SCM Projects.
Leveraging prior experience to provide direction to both functional and technical resources, helping match work efforts to individuals.
Participating in cross-functional projects related to business processes such as: SAP, Order management, Channel management, Commerce, Scheduling, Supply Chain planning, Reporting, and Finance.
Working with Iterative Agile Methodologies, Waterfall methodologies and Test-Driven Development.
Helping the organization by leading strategic initiatives tightly aligned with departmental goals and measures.
Serving as spokesperson to senior management for these specialized programs and projects.
