Masco Canada is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to join their Supply Chain team. This role is responsible for leading advanced demand planning activities, driving S&OP process maturity, and supporting strategic decision-making. The Senior Demand Planner will bridge Sales, Production, Finance, and Purchasing to ensure alignment and provide data-driven insights. This position directly supports service level performance, inventory health, forecast quality, and revenue alignment by ensuring demand plans and S&OP processes are accurate, unbiased, and actionable. The role involves leading the Bathing department S&OP process, demand planning for the Commercial category in the US and Canada, and leading cross-functional alignment on demand planning topics. The Senior Demand Planner will also serve as backup for the S&OP Manager, represent demand planning in S&OP meetings, provide backup leadership for the demand planning team, and coach demand planners to elevate forecasting capability. This role acts as the first point of consultation and escalation for complex forecasting issues and leads or supports high-impact cross-functional analysis. Key responsibilities include owning KPI reporting, improving demand signal quality, owning a rolling 16-month demand forecast, improving forecast accuracy, conducting root-cause analysis on forecast misses, maintaining forecasting metrics, leading monthly demand planning meetings, collaborating with Supply Planning, supporting S&OP process continuous improvement, executing monthly forecasting procedures, and partnering with Sales, Category, and Finance to understand demand drivers and assumptions.
