About The Position

Are you a Senior Demand Planner looking for the challenge of taking a mission driven organization to its next level of success? Ornua is actively seeking a Senior Demand Planner to join the Ornua Family as we continue our growth trajectory. This position will play a key role in facilitating our monthly consensus meetings with Sales, Brand, Marketing, Finance & Supply Planning which may include preparing data and metrics for review, identifying gaps and scenarios that must be presented, facilitating decision making on open items and trade-offs along with ensuring action is taken on agreed to take aways. As our Senior Demand Planner, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of key customer accounts and directly contribute to our monthly S&OP process by manging the forecasts and interfacing with key cross functional partners, directly influencing Ornua’s forecast accuracy and bias metrics. In addition, this role will maintain and improve upon our forecasting models and methodology by reviewing historical sales trends at multiple levels of aggregation, researching demand drivers, and collaborating with key stakeholders. Your contributions will strengthen our operations, support our culture of continuous improvement, and help Ornua deliver high-quality products enjoyed by consumers around the world. This individual will bring new ideas and ways of working to Ornua. This role will allow for an individual to contribute directly to the future process of demand planning here at Ornua by establishing best practices and ways of working. This role will require flexibility as our process evolves to meet the ever-expanding needs of the business. Building strong cross functional partnerships both in the local market along with those at our home offices will be critical for success. Requirements

  • Requires a minimum of 6+ years of demand planning and/or sales analytics experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Demand Planning, forecasting, or very similar role within the CPG - Consumer Packaged Goods industry
  • Demonstrated leadership in S&OP and Demand Review processes
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally and with all levels of the organization.
  • Must possess ability to multi-task; accept changes in direction and priorities quickly; and work with a sense of urgency.
  • Must demonstrate ability to work with a high level of detail, accuracy and accountability.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Requires daily communications with management and sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Statistics, or Economics or a related quantitative field required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves
