Requirements

Five or more years in demand gen at a B2B SaaS company, with at least two running paid yourself rather than briefing an agency.
Deep HubSpot. You can build the workflows, fix the attribution and pull the report without asking for help.
A track record you can describe in pipeline and CAC, not impressions and MQLs.
Comfort selling to revenue leaders. Our buyers are CROs, VPs of Sales and heads of revenue operations.
Willingness to be wrong out loud. We challenge ideas directly and change our minds fast.

Nice To Haves

You have run demand gen at a company between Series A and Series B and remember what that felt like.
Experience with ABM platforms, ZoomInfo or Clay.
You have marketed an AI product to a skeptical audience.

Responsibilities

Own the paid program end to end. LinkedIn first, then whatever else earns its budget.
Run the ABM motion against our target account universe of roughly 900 accounts across cyber, HCM, fintech, healthcare, legal and staffing.
Fix and then own attribution in HubSpot so every dollar maps to pipeline. Some of this plumbing is broken today and you will inherit it.
Build the lifecycle and nurture email program, including re-engagement and close-lost.
Improve conversion on avarra.ai and on the interactive product experience we send buyers to.
Partner with the three AEs and the SDR on what actually converts, and change the program based on what they tell you.
Report pipeline contribution weekly against the model, with real numbers and no spin.
