The Retail Pharmacy Operations Analytics team is looking for a Senior Decision Scientist to support RX and immunization growth initiatives.

Requirements

3+ years of relevant analytic experience
Experience programming using R or Python
Experience in SAS or SQL
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline.

Anticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur.
Strong knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources.
Demonstrates proficiency in most areas of mathematical analysis methods, machine learning, statistical analyses, and predictive modeling and in-depth specialization in some areas.
Hands-on experience with cloud computing (Google Cloud, AWS, etc.) and tools/processes for version control (i.e. git, GitHub) preferred.
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Plotly, etc).
Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and present meaningful and insights-driven materials on analytical results with recommendations and go forward planning to guide a variety of audiences including internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
Drive self-service capabilities with the business, train business teams on new technical capabilities and how to consume the data effectively, prove out new tools/capabilities quickly through POCs and provide readouts to the management teams.
Build relationships across the enterprise, working with analytics and data teams for insights and best practice sharing.
Partner with functional and business stakeholders to understand strategic business analytics requirements.
Provide guidance in driving solutions while delivering successful end results.
Develop strategies aimed to improve business reporting and planning processes utilizing continuous improvement.
Use data visualization techniques to effectively communicate analytical results and support business decisions.
Work with a sense of urgency, possess strong critical thinking and analytical skills, and have passion for developing high-performing analytics solutions.
