About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Data Systems Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, designing, and developing computer and network software or specialized utility programs. You will participate in multi-team BI/DW projects, develop, test, and implement BI, data warehousing, and reporting applications, and provide specialized support and troubleshoot BI/DW issues. You will also manage daily operations of assigned systems, monitor performance, create and maintain technical documentation, and participate in planning, change control, upgrades, and maintenance. Additionally, you will provide general and specialized business intelligence, data warehousing, and/or reporting-related support, research issues, contact vendors, and use specialized skills to aid in problem remediation. You will mentor others learning essential and advanced BI and/or reporting-related skills and provide detailed reporting of all project activities. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or related field
  • Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation
  • Two (2) years of experience in Data warehouse/business intelligence development
  • Two (2) years of experience in BI/DW architect
  • Two (2) years of experience in Large-scale data warehousing or Epic Systems Clarity
  • Two (2) years of experience in MS SQL (T-SQL, SSAS, SSRS, and SSIS)
  • Two (2) years of experience in Business Objects or Crystal Reports
  • Two (2) years of experience in BI/DW Toolsets such as Cognos, Microsoft, Oracle, Power BI or MicroStrategy

Responsibilities

  • Participate in multi-team BI/DW projects
  • Develop, test, and implement BI, data warehousing, and reporting applications
